bang on time, professional, friendly, respectful and from my sister who was here to take delivery, absolutely amazing and checked in if they could do anything more for her before they left..
the Busso/ Perth crew.. my mum and aunts where at the house to meet them for the uplift as i wasnt able to be there. they said you couldn’t meet 2 nicer guys. they were friendly, professional and a pleasure to deal with. they were blown away that they could have a laugh with the guys and that tbe boys knocked on the door to say good bye.
can you please pass on my thanks and compliments to both teams.

Mandurah to Karratha
SWR were awesome they couldn’t do enough for our shift to Karratha. Kelvin and his crew deliver good old fashion service which is hard to get these days, you and your team need a huge pat on the back. (especially for getting our very heavy outdoor table on and off the truck). I would and have recommended your company for anyone needing a removalists.

Australind to Morley
Dear Sir,
I write to thank you for your wonderful service recently. We asked for a lounge to be taken from our home in Australind, to Morley.
It was picked up late afternoon, and your staff were obviously very busy with the truck full for return to Perth.
Roger and his able assistant were fast, professional and got the job done very well. They pulled the lounge apart easily, and we were surprised because the company that delivered it originally had sold it and did not know how to do this. The result was a difficult time getting it in place. We were worried about that but didn’t need to be.
The pair were cheerful, making us laugh, even after an obviously long day, and took little time to get the lounge into the truck. We were very happy with their work.
At the other end they delivered as promised, and set the lounge up for my daughter. Job done, happily.
We will use you again for sure.
This is the second experience with you, the first 4-5 years ago, and we were happy then too.
Keep up the good work, and keep the good staff.

Waikiki to York
Hi Sue,
Thanks for the receipt, just a thank-you for providing such a pleasant experience in our move from Waikiki to York. We’re very impressed with Roger and Erica, considering how many flights of stairs and the difficulty of our house and driveway. We were anticipating a fair bit of drama but right from the outset Roger’s attitude was very positive and nothing was too hard or too difficult, we would highly recommend anyone moving, to use your services.

I would like to thank you and your removalists for the professional and courteous way that they handled my shift from Bunbury to Denmark.
From my first phone contact with James and his appraisal to coming in to the office and paying I was very happy with the service that I got.
Steve and Kevin were very professional and nothing was a bother to them.
My furniture and boxes were all treated with care and put where I wanted them.
Your team made what to me was starting to become a hassle turn into a stress free move.
